We are depending on the Lord for direction in everything we do. We are working to spread the gospel to the people of Haiti with the Baptist Haiti Mission while we wait to complete Lou's adoption. Our primary goal in life is to show the ultimate satisfaction in knowing our Lord Jesus Christ - we pray that God be glorified. This is our adoption/missionary story...

Yay, they have it. That's a good thing. Fingers crossed that they move your case forward VERY SOON.

Thanks for following our struggles Jan! I like your swimming story on your blog!
I want to try to maintain momentum. I am going to try something today - if all goes as planned (which it won't), I'll be going to town today and I hope to pay a special visit to someone who doesn't answer her phone or emails.
Good luck!

Hi Schlorf Family,
I dont know if you remember me or not. We are the family that sponsered Lou a few yrs ago for RR xmas.
I have been following your blog daily. Lou looks great as well as all of you. I am praying along with evryone else that your adoption is finalized very soon. It will be nice to have your whole family back in the U.S.
Will keep watching the blog for updates as well of news of your home coming.
Praying daily for all of you.
