Team: Fellowship, Meat and Cheese

We have a team here from California and two guys from the team came to our place and we shared stories for about three hours and had great fellowship!

They blessed us with a great treat. They brought us their remaining sandwich meat (ham), cheese, and mustard. We had a wonderful dinner last night with it - we savored every bit and were THRILLED to eat it!

THANK YOU GREG AND DOUG!

I never thought I (we) would get so excited about lunch meat and cheese!

I can't believe that it took me until yesterday to figure out that your dad was the "Doug" of the "Doug and Evie" which meant that you, Carrie, were their daughter. I had been working off and on with him for about two weeks and just figured that out.

We watch your blog and hope that your new baby arrives safely with you and your husband!

Whoohoo! Its the small things in life that are the biggest! Ham & Cheese in Haiti being one of them :)

I'm glad you enjoyed My Man but I'm ready for him to come back to me!

Praying for you in these final days of adoption. You are doing a wonderful thing for the Kingdom. Most wouldn't take the risk. Keep running the race - the goal is in sight!

Doug is a rock-solid guy! I have enjoyed his company the last few weeks - even though our time spent together hasn't been very large.

Thank you for your prayers, Evie!

p.s. I'll try to get a picture of him today or tomorrow and post it for you. You'll get to "see" him a day or two sooner. :-)
