That is my sister and her hair is naturally curly like that - no perm.
Believe it or not, I had really thick hair way back when. I remember growing tired of the ladies in the barber shop that my dad took me to because they would always comment on how thick my hair was. Little did they know that they wouldn't be getting my business as I grew older. I don't have much left.
